Sony has got so many Android phones that it has become a bit difficult to track all of them. Today, the Japanese phone maker suffixed another alphabet to its Xperia name by announcing Xperia M. Sony says Xperia M is created to bring “Sony experiences to a new market and price point” and features an “OmniBalance” design that was introduced with the Xperia Z.
The phone will be available in single-SIM and dual-SIM variants and features Qualcomm’s dual-core 1GHz processor, a 4-inch FWVGA display (854×480), 1GB RAM, a 5MP auto focus camera with Exmor RS mobile image sensor, 720p HD video recording support, front-facing camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, FM Radio, PlayStation certified, NFC, 4GB internal memory, microSD card slot and 1750mAh battery.
Both single and dual-SIM variants will be available globally from Q3 2013.
