If you thought HTC’s and Samsung’s naming scheme was bad, Sony is ought to confuse you even further. Sony today added two more devices to its arsenal dubbed as Xperia SP (above) and Xperia L (below). Both are mid-range devices but are packed with decent features.
Xperia SP is crafted in a co-moulded aluminium frame and features a 4.6-inch 720p HD Reality Display with Mobile Bravia Engine 2, 4G LTE support, 1.7GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, 8 megapixel Exmor RS for mobile lens with HDR and HD video recording, one touch function to share it with other Sony devices via NFC.
Xperia L comes with a 4.3-inch FWVGA display and features the same 8 megapixel Exmor RS lens. It has a dedicated camera key, dual-core processor, STAMINA mode for better battery life and one-touch function via NFC.
Both phones will be released in Q2 2013.
