We’re just a few days away from Samsung’s much anticipated announcement but it seems we’ve got the first pictures of the Galaxy S IV. Or not? We certainly can’t verify the authenticity of the device but some decent analysis by Sammy Hub reveals that this could just be a mere dummy prototype.
Samsung adopted a similar strategy for the Galaxy S III and it wouldn’t be surprising if Samsung planted this Galaxy Note II-esque device just to mislead us. However, the hardware that is powering the phone seems legit as Antutu benchmark reveals it to run Android 4.2.1 along with a full HD display, 1.8GHz processor, 2GB RAM, 13MP camera.
Samsung will announce the Galaxy S IV on March 14 in New York.
