Alleged Galaxy S IV picture and specs show up on Twitter

UPDATE: It’s just a concept cooked up by Expansys France.

Twitter user @evleaks has made a name for himself by leaking upcoming mobile devices well in advance. Today’s leak involves one of the most highly anticipated phones for 2013 – the Galaxy S IV. Evleaks has posted two images that purportedly shows of the phone’s design and another divulges some specs.

If it turns out to be true, the Galaxy S IV will be slightly larger than the predecessor and feature a full HD AMOLED display along with 2GB RAM, Android 4.2 OS, 16/32/64GB internal memory and 13MP camera.

Samsung will unveil the next Galaxy on March 14 amidst lot of fanfare in New York.
