LG may not have a huge smartphone portfolio to boost compared to its cross town arch-rival but LG is clocking some good sales numbers when it comes to LTE smartphones. LG confirmed that they’ve sold over 10 million LTE smartphones worldwide.

LG pushed some LTE handsets last year in the United States, Japan, Germany and South Korea and this year, will expand the LTE handsets availability in other regions with Optimus G and Optimus F Series.
Global research company Strategy Analytics expects global LTE smartphone shipments to reach 275 million units.
