Asus announces Padfone Infinity with Snapdragon 600 CPU, full HD Display

Asus Padfone Infinity

As teased earlier, Asus has announced their new Padfone known as Padfone Infinity. Clad in a premium metallic finish, the new Padfone Infinity is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 600 processor clocked at 1.7GHz. The smartphone in the Padfone Infinity features a 5-inch full HD display (1920×080) with anti-fingerprint coating whereas the Infinity Station boasts a 10.1-inch display supporting a resolution of up to 1920×1200 pixels. On the camera front, it comes with a 13MP f2.0 camera with 2MP f2.0 front-facing camera, both supporting full HD video recording and 100 shots at 8fps burst mode.

Rounding up the specs are 2GB RAM, 64GB internal memory, LTE support, 50GB Asus cloud storage, Bluetooth, GPS, 19 hours of 3G talk time or up to 57 hours of talk time when docked with the Infinity Station.

It will be available from April 2013 for $999 in US or 999 euros in Europe.
