LG’s not done with their pre-MWC unveilings yet. Today they’ve officially announced two new phones – Optimus F5 and Optimus F7 from the F-Series. LG says the phones offer a premium user experience to consumers seeking an affordable phone with 4G LTE support.
As for the specifications, Optimus F5 runs Android 4.1.2 OS and features a 1.2GHz dual-core CPU, 4.3-inch IPS panel along with 1GB of RAM, 8GB internal memory, 5MP and 1.3MP rear and front-facing cameras, microSD card slot and 2150mAh battery.
On the other hand, Optimus F7 sports a slightly faster 1.5GHz dual-core CPU, 4.7-inch True HD IPS display, 2GB RAM, 8GB internal memory, 8MP and 1.3MP cameras, microSD card slot and 2540mAh battery.
Both phones also come with LG UX enhancements like QSlide, Live Zooming, QuickMemo, QTranslator, Video Wiz, Safety Care.
LG will release the Optimus F5 in Q2 in Europe and L7 at a later date.
