Samsung currently sells an Android-based camera but the fact that it came with 3G/4G support along with Wi-Fi, made it a slightly expensive affair. Now Samsung has announced a new Wi-Fi-only variant of the Galaxy Camera (EK-GC110). No 3G support obviously means a cheaper price tag and will offer the same set of features found on the original Galaxy Camera like 1.4GHz quad-core processor, 4.8-inch HD Super Clear Touch Display, support for Google Play Store and other services, AllShare Play, 50GB Dropbox storage, GPS/GLONASS, 8GB internal memory and microSD card slot and 1650mAh battery.
On the camera front, Galaxy Camera (Wi-Fi) comes with a 16.3 megapixel 1/2.3” BSI CMOS sensor, 21x optical zoom, 19 Smart modes to enhance photographs, optical image stabilization (OIS), full HD video recording supportup to ISO 3200 support, GPS/GLONASS, 8GB internal memory, microSD card slot and 1650mAh battery.
