Apple has confirmed that its iTunes music store has sold over 25 billion songs since the launch of the store almost a decade back. The 25 billionth song was Monkey Drums” (Goksel Vancin Remix) and was purchased by a German iTunes user who also won a 10,000 euro iTunes gift card from Apple.
iTunes store is the biggest and the most popular music store in the world that catalogues over 26 million songs and services in 119 countries.
