Ubuntu unveiled their smartphone optimised OS last week and its makers, Canonical were present at CES to showcase its upcoming OS. Mobile devices running Ubuntu won’t be available for a good year but here’s a quick look on what to expect from the operating system.
Ubuntu relies on four sides of the display screen to control the phone. A swipe from the left side pops up all the favourite apps whereas a swipe from right brings us back to the previous app. The bottom swipe shows up all the app options and finally the top swipe allows to quickly change the settings without even exiting the app.
