UPDATE: Nvidia has confirmed the Indian pricing as well. The NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 Ti GPU from Zotac will be available for Rs. 23,999.
Nvidia today unveiled the GeForce GTX 660 Ti that combines the superiority of Kepler architecture with an affordable price tag. Starting from $299, the GTX 660 Ti is built using Nvidia’s 28nm Kepler architecture that promises improved graphics performance with better power efficiency up to 25 percent.
The 2GB GTX 660 Ti features full support for DirectX 11 tessellation, TXAA, PhysX, 2 DL-DVI ports, HDMI and DisplayPort 2.0. Going by the numbers, the new GPU is 41 percent faster compared to the GTX 560 Ti from 2011 and 58 percent faster than GTX 470 from 2010.
The graphics card is now available for purchase from various Nvidia partners and users buying the card will be eligible to receive a free voucher of Borderlands 2 game, which is releasing next month.
