LG today launched and showcased its top-of-the-line Optimus 4X HD and the new L-Style series Android smartphones for the Indian market. The Optimus 4X HD is LG’s first quad-core device that is powered by 1.5GHz Tegra 3 4-PLUS-1 processor and features 4.7-inch True HD IPS display (1280×720), 8MP camera, Optimus UI 3.0, 16GB internal memory, GPS, 2150mAh battery and Android 4.0 OS.
Optimus 4X HD is priced at Rs. 34,990.
In addition to the L7 that was announced a month back, LG also announced the L5 and the L3. LG’s L-Style phones emphasize on Modern Square Style for a comfortable grip, Floating Mass technology for a slimmer look, seamless layout, harmonized design contrast and sensuous slim shape.
On the hardware front, Optimus L5 runs Android 4.0 OS with 4-inch HVGA display (320×480), 800MHz CPU, 5MP camera, GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth etc. It’s priced at Rs. 13,199.
L3 is the most affordable L-Style series handset that goes for an asking price of Rs. 8,895. Features-wise L3 is powered by an 800MHz CPU with Android 2.3 OS, 3.2-inch 240×320 display, 3MP camera, GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and more.
