Huawei to launch Ascend G300, Y200 in India

While we don’t have an exact date, Huawei did confirm to us today about the imminent launch of Ascend series in India later this month. The first two phones to make its way out will be Ascend G300 and Ascend Y200. The Ascend G300 has Android 2.3 onboard and is decently spec’d with a 1GHz processor and 512MB RAM, 7.2Mbps HSDPA support, 4-inch WVGA display, 5MP camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, 4GB internal memory and 1350mAh battery.

Huawei Ascend Y200

Ascend Y200 also runs Android 2.3 OS but features a slightly slower 800MHz CPU with 256MB RAM, 3.5-inch HVGA display, 3.2MP camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPSone, microSD card slot and 1250mAh battery.
