Its raining Android tablets in India for the past few days. After Zync and HCL, Micromax has introduced their Funbook for the Indian market. Priced at a very affordable Rs. 6,499, the tablet features a 1.2GHz processor and runs Android 4.0 OS.
As for other features, the Funbook comes with a 7-inch WVGA (800×480) display, front-facing VGA camera, 512MB RAM, 4GB internal memory, microSD card slot, HD video playback, Wi-Fi, 3G support via USB dongle and 2800mAh battery that promises to give up to 5 hours of battery life.
Funbook will also bundle Tata Photon+ and an option to buy interactive course material for CBSE students (class 1 to 12).
