India gets Vodafone Blue phone with dedicated Facebook button

Live and breathe in the world Mark Zuckerberg has created? If you answered in affirmative, you might want to look at the new Vodafone Blue phone. The exclusive Vodafone Blue comes with a dedicated Facebook button and is tightly integrated with the world’s largest social network to keep you in touch with friends.

A user has to sync his Facebook account with the phone that will allow to upload pictures, chat with other Facebook friends and even sync contacts and messages. Vodafone will give free Facebook access for a year from the date of purchase.

On the hardware front, it features a 2.4-inch QVGA display, QWERTY keyboard, IM support, pre-installed Opera browser, 2MP camera with flash, Bluetooth and microSD card slot supporting up to 16GB.

The low-end hardware justifies its price tag as well, which is just Rs.4,950.
