Samsung N100 MeeGo powered netbook comes to India

Samsung today announced its maiden MeeGo OS running netbook for the Indian market. The N100 is a 10.1-inch netbook said to be inspired from Samsung’s previous bestseller N150P. The 1.03kg netbook is covered in a Duracase for enhanced durability against scratches and fingerprint smudges and features a LED backlit display with matte coating.

The N100 is powered by Intel’s 1.33GHz N435 CPU, 1GB RAM, 250GB HDD and features Intel GMA 3150 GPU, card reader, webcam, Wi-Fi and more.

N100 pricing starts from Rs.12,290 and if MeeGo is something you want to stay away from, Samsung will also sell the netbook with FreeDOS or Windows 7 OS.
