Today’s digital cameras can share images instantly with the built-in Wi-Fi or via Eye-Fi cards but none of cameras currently available in the market boast 3G connectivity. In a newsletter sent by Gdgt, Peter Rojas claims that Sony is looking to change with their under-development Cyber-shot camera. The camera will have a built-in wireless modem which means, users won’t have to look out for hotspots to share their images on social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, Flickr etc. The newsletter also mentions that Sony might bundle some data package to users allowing them to upload few pictures or subscribe to an additional pack to upload more.
