Apple has announced to countersue Motorola alleging that the US-based mobile company uses its touchscreen software as well as other display technologies “purposefully.”
Apple has filed the case with the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin and claims that “Motorola’s infringing activities have caused and will continue to cause Apple irreparable harm.”
On the other hand, Motorola says they are yet to review Apple’s filing but confirms to defend themselves “vigorously.”
Earlier last month, Motorola had sued Apple alleging that most Apple products infringe 18 of Motorola’s patents.
