Limera1n jailbreaks iOS 4.1 running new iPod touch, iPhone 4 and iPad

George Hotz aka GeoHot has released a new jailbreak tool that jailbreaks all the latest Apple devices running iOS 4.0 and 4.1. Limera1n is a bootrom level untethered exploit that can be used to jailbreak iPhone 3GS, iPod Touch 3G, iPad, iPhone 4, iPod Touch 4G and “technically” Apple TV 2G.

It’s in beta and currently available for Windows only. For users, depending on ultrasn0w for the carrier unlock should wait for the iPhone Dev Team to release Pwnage Tool supporting Limera1n’s exploit.
