We’ve heard countless rumors of Apple’s iPhone for Verizon Wireless but the latest Wall Street Journal report suggests it might come soon. According to their source who have been “briefed by Apple,” the Cupertino giant is planning to mass produce a new iPhone by end of 2010 and will be available in first quarter of 2011 on Verizon Wireless.
The report says, iPhone for Verizon will be similar to the current iPhone 4 but will feature CDMA band support provided by Qualcomm.
Meanwhile, WSJ is also claiming that Apple is working on the iPhone 5, which will have an altogether new form factor compared to previous generations.
