Samsung is bolstering its bada OS with the introduction of Wave 723 (GT-S7320E) handset. Just like all bada handsets, this one’s also a touchscreen phone but is inferiorly spec’d when you compare it with the maiden bada handset aka the Wave (S8500).
The Wave 723 is thin, measuring just 11.8mm and sports a metallic battery cover along with a flip leather cover that is apparently, detachable. On the hardware front, the phone has a 3.2-inch TFT LCD, Wi-Fi 802.11n, Bluetooth 3.0, 5 megapixel camera with LED flash, dedicated camera button, Social Hub, Samsung Apps support etc.
The Wave 723 will retail for around 240 Euros and will be available in Germany first in September followed by other European, Southeast Asia, Middle East Asia and African countries.
