Apple unravels 27-inch LED Cinema Display

Apple 27-inch Cinema Display

 

In addition to the new Magic Trackpad and updated iMac and Mac Pro line, Apple also announced 27-inch LED Cinema Display. The new display supports a max. resolution of up to 2560×1440 pixels, giving 60 percent more viewing area than 24-inch Cinema Displays.

The 27-inch display features an IPS panel that gives a 178 degree wide viewing angle and has a 16:9 aspect ratio. The display also boasts built-in MagSafe charging that allows users to charge their Macbooks, iSight camera, USB ports and speakers.

The 27-inch LED Cinema Display will be available from September for $999.
