Canon has envisioned a camera that we’ll use in the future. The future is though two decades away but when it arrives, Canon deems you’ll use only one camera for all your photography as well as videography needs.
The Wonder Camera is a concept for now that was shown at the World Expo 2010 in Shanghai. According to Canon, this camera will feature a fixed lens that will record videos with the focus activated all the time and zoom from a macro level to 5000mm. Since the focus would be on all the time, an image can be extracted from the video without any loss of quality. It will also feature a touchscreen display at the back.
