Nintendo of America and American Heart Association (AHA) have announced a new partnership to encourage healthy lifestyle by endorsing physically active games. In addition to the Wii console, Nintendo games like Wii Sports, Sports Resort and Wii Fit will come with an AHA logo that signifies “active-play” video games. The new packaging for the games will roll out beginning this summer.
Moreover, Nintendo and AHA will also come together to conduct a “multidisciplinary summit” that will include important people from science, health care, research, physical activity, fitness and video gaming.
