Microsoft just announced that they have entered into a patent agreement with HTC. The patent agreement covers all HTC Android phones and under the agreement terms, HTC will pay an undisclosed sum of royalty to Microsoft. This doesn’t look to help HTC’s case with Apple but they can be rest assured about not facing any lawsuits from Redmond-based Windows Phone maker for selling Android phones.
