Vodafone’s Zoozoo have a reason to celebrate. Vodafone India today announced that they’ve crossed the iconic 100m customer mark. This makes Vodafone, the third operator in the country to do so after Airtel and Rcom.
Vodafone’s Indian operations is a joint venture between Vodafone and Essar, who acquired the controlling stake from Hutchison in 2007. Vodafone says they’ve pumped in about Rs. 20,000 crores to expand operations and will continue to invest more to offer better products and services.
