Sony’s and old PS3 users PSN woes are now over as they’ve announced to restore the PSN service. The outage spared the PS3 Slim model but users with older PS3s were unable to access PSN and even play games with trophies due to a clock bug.
The internal clock functionality recognized 2010 as a leap year which caused the problem and seemingly auto corrected as the date rolled to March 1. Users should be able to use their PS3 consoles as before.
