It’s a good day today for the Finnish mobile maker as they have shipped the first batch of Maemo 5-powered N900 phone. N900 is seen as the first Nokia device that will help them grab some marketshare in the high-end phone market. The phone is now shipping to customers in Europe, Middle East, Russia and North America with price of around 500 Euros.
Nokia N900’s rich feature set includes ARM Cortex-A8 600MHz processor, OpenGL ES 2.0, 3.5-inch WVGA touchscreen display, Wi-Fi, HSPA, full flash support, 5MP Carl Zeiss lens with dual LED flash, GPS, 32GB internal memory, microSD card slot (up to 16GB) and 3.5mm A/V jack.
