HTC Droid Eris pictured, to sell for $99?

For the uninitiated, Droid will be a full-fledged series and the next phone in line will be HTC made Droid Eris. Peter Rojas from gdgt has got a word from a “trustworthy source” that the Droid Eris will be priced at $99 on contract and Phonearena’s source was kind enough to share pictures and confirm few features. Droid Eris will run Sense UI and feature 5MP auto focus camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3.5mm headphone jack and more.

Release date is still not known but rumormongers are pinning for November 6.
