UPDATE: Vodafone and Samsung also announced M1, a lower spec’d phone with 3.2-inch TFT Touchscreen, 1GB internal memory, GPS, microSD card slot, HSDPA and 3MP camera.
The first device to be powered by LiMo Release 2 (R2) platform has made an official entry in the form of Vodafone 360 H1 by Samsung. The H1 that was leaked earlier this month supports Vodafone’s 360 service, which includes a universal contact list clubbing every detail of a contact from various services and allows the user to see the latest interactions with them in a chronological order.
As for internal features, the phone supports quad-band GSM, 7.2Mbps HSDPA connectivity and features a nice vivid 3.5-inch WVGA AMOLED touchscreen, 5MP autofocus camera with LED flash and capable of recording videos at 720p resolution, GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0, 16GB internal memory, microSD card slot (up to 32GB) and 1500mAh battery.
LiMo Foundation, a global consortium of mobile industry leaders also confirmed to launch many more handsets based on the R2 LiMo platform by 2010.

The H1 looks like an all around great device. Wonder what kind of OS and processor it will use.
