iFixit synonymous for giving new shiny gadgets a dissection treatment, have gone forward to disassemble Microsoft Zune HD. The PMP as iFixit reckons, is easier to dissect than Cupertino’s offering. On the inside, there were not many surprises as the iPod touch but few interesting things discovered were – a 660mAh battery, Samsung made 1mm OLED screen, Tegra APX2600 SoC clocked at 600MHz and Wi-Fi module from Atheros supporting 802.11g.
