Just over 27 hours to go for the annual iPod event and new report from AppleInsider claims that the Cupertino giant has run into a major problem. According to a source, bad camera modules seem to be problem that was meant for the revamped iPod Touch, Nano and possibly, the Classic.
The iPod with camera speculation was first fuelled by the emergence of cases with more confirmation coming from the devices found in the wild. New iPods are expected to carry either a 3.2MP or 5MP sensor that will be provided by OmniVision.
If the report is true, chances of scrapping the defected iPods from the event seems unlikely as Apple might unveil the product while offer them on sale later on.
