Looks like HTC Hero’s announcement in the coming days is imminent. The Global Certification Forum that ensures global interoperability between phones and operators, have certified HERO100’s cellular and 3G bands. According to the certification, Hero will support quadband GSM networks and dualband UMTS networks operating at 1800/2100MHz. GCF did not reveal any other details regarding the phone but the rumors surrounding Hero will soon be unraveled on June 24, that is Wednesday.
