Apple released the Safari 4 browser at the WWDC yesterday. Moving from beta, the final build sports the same Nitro engine that loads javascript up to 4.5 times faster, support for web standards like HTML 5, fully passes Acid3 test and different processes for plug-ins and browser making it crash resistive. Safari 4 also integrates features like Top Sites, full history search and Cover Flow.
When running in Snow Leopard, Safari runs as a 64-bit application, effectively making Nitro engine faster by 50 percent.
