Dell has freshened up its Vostro line with three laptops – Vostro 1320 (13.3-inch), 1520 (15.4-inch) and 1720 (17-inch). Dell claims that these notebooks are built with keeping SMBs in mind and thus, these come with a pre-installed videoconferencing and webcam software (provided you the buy the optional webcam and mic), SSDs and security options like fingerprint readers and encrypted HDDs to keep the data safe and secure.
Of course, the Vostro line may not the best looking but it does pull off the work needed by SMBs at an affordable price.
The new laptops are selling now in North and South America while Europe, Middle East and Africa will get on April 7 and select Asian countries in May.
The US pricing of the notebooks start from $679 (1320), $619 (1520) and $699 (1720).
