HTC unveils Touch Pro 2 and Touch Diamond 2

HTC Touch Pro 2

 

HTC announced two sexy upgrades, Touch Pro 2 and Touch Diamond 2 to their successful Touch Pro and Touch Diamond. Touch Pro 2 looks like a massive overhaul over its predecessor that features a vivid 3.6-inch WVGA screen, tilt-able screen and a touch sensitive zoom bar on the front. It also has Straight Talk which can seamlessly integrate email, voice and speakerphone experience and HTC’s new tech known as Push Internet which downloads content from user selected websites at regular intervals.

HTC Touch Diamond 2 ups the ante with a larger screen, more megapixels and better battery life. The phone has a 3.2-inch VGA display graced by TouchFLO 3D, again a touch-sensitive zoom bar, 5 megapixel camera and 50 percent more battery life.

Both the phones run Windows Mobile 6.1 but are eligible for a free upgrade to Windows Mobile 6.5, whenever it comes. Touch Diamond 2 will launch in Q2 while Touch Pro 2 will come out in early summer.
