Windows Mobile 6.5 Beta 2 for Touch HD available; Xperia X1 coming soon

Alright, this is not official. ROM cookers at XDA-Developers are working hard to port Windows Mobile 6.5 (build 5.2.21159) on different devices and few notable ones are Touch HD and Xperia X1. The Touch HD version is known Davideuck_6.5_V-2 and according to the creator, the OS has been ported from a Chinese ROM and QVGA source, thus, making it work a bit slower than intended. Nonetheless, the applications and OS operates at par with the 6.1 version.

Xperia X1’s ROM is currently in the making. The user porting it claims that the Panels work fine as well as the UI running perfectly in landscape mode.
