A website managed to get the first ever picture of Nvidia’s latest creation that will be unveiled at the upcoming CES. Dubbed as GTX 295, the GPU is a sandwiched variant of two GT200s, thus giving two times the goodness of a single GT200. Based on 55nm technology, these cards are connected with the help of internal SLI and takes the count to 480 for stream processors, 896 bit as its memory bus width, a humongous 1792MB of DDR3 memory, two DVI ports and one Displayport.
However, with such power, comes the need of a larger capacity power supply as this baby is expected to take 289W of power to be in its senses. There are no other details yet but it is expected to be officially announced on the opening day of CES.
