Xperia X1 coming on September 30

It’s official. Sony Ericsson has slammed all rumors of delaying Xperia X1 to next year and announced the launch dates. 30th September will see Xperia X1 landing in three countries – UK, Germany and Sweden. It will be followed by a slew of countries throughout Q4 2008.

Indonesia, Singapore, Bangladesh, Cambodia, India, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam

Western Europe
Spain, France, Italy, Switzerland, Netherlands, Austria, Norway, Denmark, Belgium, Portugal

Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic

Middle East
UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait

Africa
South Africa

Latin America
Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay and Bolivia

Availability dates for North America, China, Australia and Russia along with other countries not mentioned above will be announced by local markets in the coming months.
