Sony is on a roll at IFA unveiling a slew of products including the world’s thinnest LCD TV. Another notable product to be announced was the Cybershot T500 digital camera. The peculiarity of this camera is not its sleekness or looks but its capability to record Hi Definition videos. The camera is equipped with a 10.1 megapixel Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar lens with 5x optical zoom which can click pictures even while shooting a video. It has a 3.5-inch touch screen LCD and touching anywhere will make the camera to focus on that subject. Tapping on the face of the subject will activate Face Detection which can track up to eight faces at a time.
Users can even hook up the camera to a HD ready TV. The camera comes with a 4GB M2 card and will be available from October.
