Googling my name shows close to 2000 results. I thought I was the only one to Google my own name but a study reveals that most Americans Google themselves or their friends and peers. This study conducted by Pew Internet and American Life Project of more than 1600 participants shows that 47% of adult Internet users in US searched for their name in the search engine results.
