What you intent to buy is not what you get every time. We have seen that before too and this time in a not so customer friendly incident, a guy received a box of bathroom tiles instead of his ordered 1TB Western Digital HDD. And the saddest part of the story is that Best Buy (from where he bought) denies giving him a replacement. Really bad Best Buy. You have lost many potential customers…including me.
