Burning a DVD to watch that movie on a home theatre? I know it’s boring and that is why for people like me SanDisk has come up with a USB device called Sansa TakeTV. TakeTV comes in capacities of 4 or 8GB and functions as a conventional flash drive. But when you wanna see a movie on a larger screen, just copy the movies (DivX, xVid, MPEG-4 formats supported), attach it to the TV cradle and play it. That’s it. The video will be played on any device supporting standard AV outputs. It also supports Fanfare which allows to download TV shows and movies.
TakeTV will be available in US for the time being and is available for pre-order at Amazon for $99.99 (4GB) and $149.99 (8GB).
