Microsoft’s still trying to break into the iPod’s territory. Check out the pic of new Zunes aka Zune 2.0 which are going to be launched soon. Smaller Zunes will be flash memory based while the bigger Zune (HDD) will sport more storage space with a thin form factor (just like the new generation iPods!). And yea both these models play videos. According to the guy who leaked these pics is that it may release on 7th of this month with no details on the pricing yet.
