Samsung Electronics adds another phone in its Ultra Edition series. The newest addition is SGH-Z720 which is 13.8mm thick, exactly the double of its slimmest phone in the line, X820. However, it is the slimmest phone featuring High-Speed Downlink Packet Access (HSDPA). HSDPA connectivity enables the user to download data six times faster than 3G/UMTS. It also has dual camera, VGA on the front and a powerful 3 megapixel cam with autofocus on the back. The phone will have pre-installed Google search, Gmail uGO and uTrack options. uGO interface automatically responds to the user’s environment and displays a city landmark of where you are located, adjusts the picture to represent day or night, and adjusts the time to reflect user’s location automatically. On the other hand, the uTrack interface sends an SMS message to a predetermined number to alert the user of changes in the mobile’s SIM card, as well as the location to increases the chances of recovering a lost or stolen phone.
