Few days ago we saw a phone from Globalstar claiming to be the world’s smallest satellite phone. But now this tag is ripped by its competitor, Thuraya which is offering its SO-2510. The phone is 16.2mm slimmer, 17mm smaller and 73 grams lighter than the GSP-1700. This clearly makes SO-2510 the smallest, lightest and slimmest satellite phone available today. On the specifications front, this phone is powered by VXWORKS OS, 32MB internal memory and supports 10 languages. The battery life is great too giving up to 2.4 hours of talk time and 40+ hours of standby.
