Pictured above is a second gen UMPC which will take half the power consumed by present line of UMPCs and will be more compact than before. But one important thing to note here is, we are not sure if the second gen UMPC will come from Yahoo!. The text says “Yahoo! Go for UMPC” which indicates a service or probably the GUI designed by them for the UMPC. However, TG Daily thinks otherwise. The next gen UMPCs are expected to launch by mid 2007 and if TG Daily’s report hold true, the entry of Yahoo! will definitely fuel the best UMPC race.
