And today at the CEATEC, Toshiba along with Matsushita shows a prototype of a 2″ TFT LCD screen which is the slimmest for the time being. The thickness is just under one millimeter (0.99mm) and weighs just 3.5 grams. Let the countdown begin now for the slimmest mobile phone.
