Microsoft has launched a new blogging tool, Windows Live Writer today. This desktop application enables a blogger to post to their blogs (currently supports Blogger, LiveJournal, TypePad, WordPress along with some others) and also shows a live preview with the help of WYSIWYG blog authoring tool. Its other competitors are Ecto and the Performancing plugin for Firefox. You can download it for free and yea only compatible with Windows.
