Sony Europe unveiled a new series of ultra portable notebooks. The VAIO TX3 series notebooks are high on features and looks. Powered by a Intel Core Solo Ultra-Low Voltage (ULV) processor it sports a 11.1-inch widescreen which has a 16:9 aspect ratio derived from a custom screen resolution of 1366×768, a motion sensor integrated HDD, dual layer DVD burner, fingerprint recognition & Trusted Platform Module (TPM) security. The TX notebook casing are made from carbon-fibre laminate which makes them more sturdy and lighter (1.25kg).
The notebook will be priced up to £1,699 (US$3,133) and will come in black or limited edition stale blue color in July.
